Shimaden FP93 Temperature Controller/Programmer
Shimaden FP93 96 mm2 microprocessor based controller/programmer with display of process and set values and auto tune function of PID parameters with multi segment program firing for both heating and cooling as long as the firing times are within the parameters of the furnace and its load. The controller/programmer has 4 programs with 10 segments in its memory. All 4 programs can be linked to achieve 1 program of 40 segments.


Shimaden FP93 Digital Temperature Zone Controller/Programmer

Shimaden FP93 digital 96 mm2 microprocessor based programmer/controller with digital display of process and set values and auto tune function of PID parameters with multi segment program firing for both heating and cooling as long as the firing times are within the parameter of the furnace and its load. The programmer has 4 separate programs each with 10 segments in its memory. All programs can be linked to achieve 1 program of 40 steps. An additional 2 Shimaden digital microprocessor slave controllers with digital display of process and set values, are also fitted. The furnace is designed so the element configuration is divided into 3 zones running the height of the furnace chamber. The programmer controls the 3 zones through it’s own temperature setting and that of the temperature setting of the slave controllers. The programmer and controllers all have independent thermocouples that individually sense a single zone temperature. The programmer retransmits the required temperature to the 2 slave controllers. This is how we achieve a very stable uniformity as each zone can be switched independently to the same temperature set point throughout the firing.

The programmer has twenty (20) separate programs each with twenty (20) segments in its memory. All programs can be linked to achieve 1 program of 400 steps. An additional two (2) Shimaden digital microprocessor slave controllers with digital display of process and set values, are also fitted. The kiln is designed so the element configuration is divided into three (3) zones running the height of the furnace chamber. The programmer controls the three (3) zones through it’s own temperature setting and that of the temperature setting of the slave controllers. The programmer and controllers all have independent thermocouples that individually sense a single zone temperature. Separate select switch for FP23 only

Separate program select switch and start button (minimal input by operator), the operator has only to select the program on the selector switch and press the start button without having to touch the programmer.


Harco HENC6 Stage Temperature Programmer

Harco HE-NC 6 stage type K – N - R microprocessor based digital display programmer. The programmer has 8 programs each with 6 segments in its memory along with time clock for delay start up. It can then ramp and hold at pre-determined times as required as long as these are within the parameters of the kiln.


Harco HENC8 Stage Temperature Programmer

Harco HENC8 Stage Temperature Programmer Temperature Zone Programmer

Harco HE-NC8 stage zone programmer with type K – N - R thermocouple and mechanical contactor element control on each phase. This programmer has 8 programs each with 6, 8 or 12 segments and a delay start time clock. The kiln will be divided into 3 separate zones running the height of the kiln. Each with its own thermocouple and mechanical contactor. The zone programmer is designed to control all 3 zones during the firing. All 3 zones will cycle at an independently required rate so the kiln is kept within the tolerance throughout the firing.
